Wheat dara eases on adequate supply

Wheat dara prices declined on lacklustre trade in the wholesale grains market today due to fall in demand from flour mills.

Traders said adequate supply in the market, against reduced offtake by flour mills led to a decline in wheat dara prices.

Wheat dara (for mills) declined by Rs 5 to Rs 1,220-1,225 per quintal, while atta chakki delivery traded lower by the same margin at Rs 1,225-1,230 per 90 kg.
