Wheat dara and rice basmati prices fell by up to Rs 100 per quintal in the wholesale grains market today due to sluggish demand against adequate stocks.
Traders said reduced offtake by flour mills against adequate supply in the market led to decline in wheat dara prices, while sluggish demand led to fall in rice basmati prices.
