Royal Enfield is getting readyto launch their Adventure motorcycle - Himalayan and we have got our hands on images of the production ready motorcycle from the assembly line of Royal Enfield plant in Chennai. The bike is also to be showcased in the last week of November, at Royal Enfield Rider Mania event to be held in Goa. The official launch of the Himalayan is most likely to be in the next year.

The bike seen in the pics is the production version, however some final tweaks will take place before the bike goes out for delivery. The Himalayan will be launched in a Matte Black colour and will form almost 60-70 percent of the mix ans will also get an embossed 'RE' emblem on the tank. The bike will get a pair of panniers and a rear mounted box. There will also be a specially designed leg-guard that be fitted later. The windscreen seen on the bike will be a standard fitment, however, there will be another option available as an accessory along with hand guards.

Mark Wells from Xenophya designs, which is now part of the Eicher group, is responsible for designing accessories for the Himalayan as well as future products from Royal Enfield. Expect a lot more accessories to be made available for the Himalayan.
