Russian President Vladimir Putin, who will be visiting New Delhi for the 15th Annual India-Russia Summit beginning on December 10, will be accompanied by a 15-member business delegation.

Meanwhile, Russian Ambassador to India Alexander M. Kadakin has denied reports suggesting that President Putin would not address the Indian Parliament.

"There was a proposal, but was not fixed. So, can't say it was cancelled," he said.

It will be the first annual summit meeting between President Putin and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Earlier on Friday, Joint Secretary (Eurasia) Ajay Bisaria informed that President Putin will hold detailed talks with Prime Minister Modi during the visit, both in the restricted and delegation format.

Bisaria had also said that the visiting dignitary will call on President Pranab Mukherjee, who will host a banquet in his honour.
