Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said the present elections was not a fight between individuals, but instead a fight between ideologies.
"This election is not between individuals, it is a fight between ideologies. On the one side, you have the Congress and the UPA, on the other hand, you have the BJP," Rahul Gandhi said at his rally in Korba.
"There should be an all round development by constructing roads, generating electricity. The poor must get their due and not just few industrials have all in their hands. Chhattisgarh is not poor it has everything, as it has several resources it has mines, forest, rivers and it has its people. The state is not poor at all but the people are kept poor," Gandhi added.
