Alison Brie, who attended the 2018 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards in a red hot one-shoulder gown, was at her diplomatic best, when about the sexual misconduct allegations against brother-in-law James Franco.
"I think that above all, what we've always said is it remains vital that anyone that feels victimized should and does have the right to speak out and come forward. I obviously support my family," she said, as quoted by E! Online.
The 35-year-old star, who's married to Franco's brother Dave, added, "Not everything that has been reported is fully accurate, so I think we're waiting to get all the information. But of course now is the time for listening and that's what we're all trying to do."
Franco was accused of sexual misconduct by five women in a report in the Los Angeles Times.
Brie, who is nominated for her role in Netflix's series 'GLOW', said, "It's wonderful to have all the women here."
She protrays Ruth Wilder in the series, a struggling actress, who joins a female professional wrestling TV show.
