Kate Harrison said that she designed a plan to apply the two-day a week approach to happiness as well as her body.
Harrison said that a person should take out time in between the chores: each activity takes between 10 - 25 minutes, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
She asserted that working at speed for 10 or 20 minute bursts is energetic and helps one make an impact in a short time.
Harrison said that people should list out their fitness loves and hates, explaining that the answers should help find new ways to get fit.
She said that if someone prefers working out alone, then they should find fitness online on sites such as Spark People or Fitness TV.
Harrison said that setting the alarm on one's phone to prompt them to stretch and take a quick walk along the corridor every hour or half-hour if they do a desk job.
She said that one should commit to eat at the table with their family/partner/flatmates twice this week - with the TV off, and should talk about their days, the food, their plans.
