The latest announcement of the cast of the upcoming '50 Shades of Grey' film, which includes Dakota Johnson and Charlie Hunnam as the lead character, has left fans disappointed.
The fans of the erotic novel took to Twitter to express their unhappiness as the erotic flick had a lot of speculations about who will play Anastasia Steel and Christian Grey on the big screen, CNN reported.
Some of the names included 'White Collar' star Matt Bomer, Alexis Bledel, Felicity Jones, and even 'Pretty Little Liar's Lucy Hale.
'The Office' star Rainn Willson said that it was a tough fight and he felt bummed as the actor who had the longer hair won.
American TV personality Patti Stanger said that she was not sure about the casting and won't be seeing the film, as she thought 'The Notebook' actor Ryan Gosling was best suited for the role.
The film, which is based on the trilogy by EL James is set to release in August 2014.
