Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP), Mohammed Adeeb on Tuesday said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal should focus more on national issues like foreign policy, and economic growth apart from corruption before contesting for the upcoming general elections.
"If they want to run this country and become a national party, they need to first understand what will be our national policies, foreign policies, economic growth, and what will be our industrial policy," he said.
"AAP, before contesting for national elections, should also concentrate on this apart from corruption. Just talking about corruption will not help run a country. There are many other issues apart from corruption," he added.
Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has completed one month in office today. He was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Delhi on December 28 at the Ramlila Maidan.
