Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Prashant Bhushan on Saturday stated his
party had unanimously rejected the resignations of Yogendra Yadav and Naveen Jaihind and that both have agreed to take back their resignations .
"It was absolutely unanimous that these resignations should not be accepted and that Yogendra Yadav and Naveen should be requested to take back their resignations and they agreed to do that," Bhushan said.
"In any democratic political party there can always be some differences of opinion on different methodologies of working which exist within our party," he added.
"All these different viewpoints are discussed in a very positive cordial manner and then decided and that is what has been happening in our national executive. We are moving forward on all the issues where we had differences," he further added.
On May 31, Yadav had reportedly resigned from the membership of the party's political affairs committee taking responsibility for the poor performance in Haryana in the Lok Sabha election.
