AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd allegedly threatened to kill a contractor and his daughter during a phone conversation, as revealed by a court document.

According to the official documents, the 60-year-old drummer also called a business associate that day to discuss what he wanted done to the person and their daughter, Stuff.co.nz reported.

Rudd is facing charges of threatening to kill alongwith the possession of methamphetamine, and possession of cannabis.

Rudd has however denied making the phone calls but has admitted the cannabis charge.
