Earlier today, Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel tied rakhi to Gujarat Governor OP Kohli. The first woman Chief Minister of Gujarat also tied rakhis to specially-abled children in Gandhinagar.
President Pranab Mukherjee and Vice President Hamid Ansari have also extended their wishes to the people of the country on the occasion of Rakshabandhan.
