The train movement from Agra to Mumbai was severely affected after a bridge in the Jarua-Bhandai rail section collapsed due to incessant rains.
The railway tracks caved after the collapse, which forced the officials to stop trains on the route and order a repair work.
As per sources, the repair work has begun, but it is forcing the railways to slow-down the trains passing through the section.
The commuters had to face difficult times as a large gathering of crowd could be seen at the Agra cantonment railway station.
Passengers going to Jhansi from Delhi on Taj Express were delayed as the train was stopped at the Agra station for several hours.
