Sergio Aguero and Nolito scored contrasting doubles as Manchester City thrashed Stoke City 4-1 in their second Premier League match under the tutelage of Pep Guardiola at the recently re-named bet365 stadium, England on Saturday.
Aguero put City ahead in the 26th minute via a clinical penalty kick before the Argentine international doubled the lead nine minutes before the break, Sport24 reported.
The hosts, however, pulled one back when Stoke's Bojan Krkic converted the game's second penalty three minutes into the second half.
City subsequently weathered a spell of Stoke pressure without wilting before Spanish international Nolito scored a scintillating double in the last four minutes of the match.
