Composer Alan Menken has revealed that he is working on a musical of the Golden Globe-winning film, 'Mrs. Doubtfire,' which starred Robin Williams.
The 65-year-old film composer confirmed actor and playwright Harvey Fierstein, who played Williams' make-up artist brother in the film, is writing the book, the BBC reported.
Menken added that he is writing now, a musical of the 1993 movie and it's going very well.
Menken continued that it's in its early stages and they are really enjoying working on it.
Lyricist David Zipple, who has previously worked on Disney's animated musicals 'Mulan' and 'Hercules,' also with Menken, is also on board.
