The lawsuit which was filed in May by Thicke's son with legal documents claiming that their step-mother was overreaching and trying to nullify her prenuptial agreement and get more from her late husband's estate.

According to People magazine, Callau's attorney, Adam F. Streisand, confirmed about the victory in the court.

In July, she filed her own legal documents in which she claims that she's not trying to fight the prenup and that her stepsons know she's not trying to challenge it.
