Alcobrew has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 2006, when the company commenced manufacturing and bottling of Old Smuggler in India for Gruppo Campari. The immense learning that the company gained from its association with Campari, enabled Alcobrew to launch its own brands - White and Blue in the semi-premium, Golfer's Shot in the premium and White Hills in the regular whisky segment.
In order to celebrate the company's recent sales achievements and 100 percent revenue growth in the last year, 70 employees, distributors, partners and associates were flown to London for four days. The trip culminated in a gala dinner where the company's Mission 2020 was unveiled - to be one of the top five liquor companies in India.
Also present at the event were Antonio Zucchetti, Senior Director, Group Internal Audit and Brad Timbrell, Regional Director for Asia, from Gruppo Campari, former President of Shaw Wallace, AKMA Shamsuddin and former Executive Vice President of Pernod Ricard, Purvez Rusi Patel.
Remarked Romesh Pandita, Chairman and Managing Director, Alcobrew at the event, "Within three years of its introduction to the Indian market, White and Blue Whisky has hit a sales volume of 1.5 million cases in 2015-16 but that is not the only reason to celebrate. We have doubled our revenue from 125 crore to 250 crore in 2015-16 and we plan to double it again in 2016-17. Our commitment to produce and deliver quality world-class products has helped in earning brand loyalty from our consumers.

Campari and Alcobrew have worked in close cooperation since 2006 and we are confident this mutually beneficial, successful relationship will continue for the years to come."
Alcobrew's brands are already present in more than 20 states across India. It's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at Derabassi, Punjab was built to adhere to strict global standards provided by Gruppo Campari. Production capacity has recently been doubled to five lakh cases per month on single shift basis. This high performing manufacturing unit has significantly contributed towards creating and retaining Alcobrew's strong presence in the domestic and international market.
