Amanda Bynes recently came back on Twitter to say that she doesn't think Zac Efron is ugly.
The 'She's The Man' star, who also wrote that she was heading to USC and had an operation to remove micro cysts from her eyeballs, did not show up to court and was spotted having lunch in Mel's Drive-In in Hollywood, the Mirror reported.
The judge had ruled that Bynes lacked the capacity to enter into a binding contract or hire a lawyer, so he refused to allow the hearing to go ahead and will remain under her mother's care via the conservatorship.
