Amanda Bynes, who has been accused of stealing hat at Barney's in NYC, has said that she was not shoplifting and she left her purse in the car.
The 28-year-old American actress told security at Barneys NYC that she found a hat she liked and had intentions to buy it and she walked to look for her driver as she left her wallet in her car, TMZ.com reported.
Bynes continued that she wasn't thinking about stealing that hat because a woman inside the store was harassing her and trying to take pics.
