Amanda Bynes has recently clarified that she was "just joking" about killing her family in the audio recordings that were posted online.
The 28-year-old said that the she does not want to hurt her parents and she doesn't believe in harming a soul, TMZ.com reported.
She is also in therapy to talk about her dad issues and that would solve her concerns with people invading her private life, she further added.
The 'She's the Man' actress also mentioned that she was one of the most thoughtful girls and insisted to not to take her jokes seriously.
In the audio recordings Bynes can be seen saying that she wanted to murder her dad and slit her mom's wrists.
