Authors of a controversial book 'Goodnight Malaysian 370' that states that the pilot of the missing flight MH370 had deliberately killed himself and all passengers onboard by shutting off air supply, said as a response to the critics that their analysis is 'based on facts'.
Malaysian Airlines targeted the authors saying that the title of their book was solely 'for the purpose of profit', reported the Daily Star.
Malaysian Airlines authorities also said that there was no evidence to support the conclusions.
Kiwi international airlines boss and one of the two authors Ewan Wilson said that their objective in writing the book was solely to convey 'the human stories of the tragedy'.
Wilson also said that it has been shown that hijacking or accidental depressurisation were unlikely scenarios.
The two authors said that the airlines should focus on finding the plane and communicating with the late passengers' families.
