Axilor Ventures has launched a call for applications for its sixth accelerator batch.
In a statement, the company listed the highlights of its fifth accelerator batch, which included the launch of 20 startups across five sectors (consumer internet, enterprise, AI, healthcare, and fin-tech)
It said that the sixth accelerator batch startups would focus on the following -- Deep Tech, Enterprise, Consumer tech, Fintech and Healthtech -- and the last date for receipt of applications would be Augugust 28, 2017.
Many startups have emerged as category leaders during the program such as Knudge, Yourquote, Detect, Niramai , Castiko, LegalDocs, and TaxGenie
The company revealed that 70 percent investment is ready and has 50 percent already in secured funding. The average fund raised is of INR 2.5 crores and INR 32 crore (USD 5 million) in funding has been raised by this cohort alone. It said it expects three times average growth in traction with a capital runway of 12 to 15 months.
Commenting on the program outcomes, Ganapathy Venugopal (VG) Cofounder and CEO of Axilor Ventures said, "We are very excited by the amazing set of startups that have come out of the current cohort. Our current batch results set a new benchmark for accelerator programs. It provides a predictable way for ambitious founders to improve their odds of success in 100 days."
