As a pleasant surprise to their fans, the Backstreet Boys gave out an unplanned performance of some of their all-time hits at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. held in Las Vegas recently.
Before joining in with popular country crooners Florida Georgia Line, the fan-favourite all boys band set the sin city on fire with their short performance, reported E! Online.
Dressed in coordinated ensemble of hot pink and black- Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson rendered some of their most loved tracks, including "As Long As You Love Me" and "I Want It That Way."
Speculations were rife that the band is following the league of superstar singers like Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez with their Las Vegas Residency. tilted 'Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life'.
And with Spears headlining performance earlier in the night, it was like the stars had aligned for a most perfect throwback to the early 2000s' golden era of pop music.
Talking about the show, Kevin said, "We're going to call the show 'Larger Than Life', and we're taking that theme and we're going to run with it."

"What can you expect?. If you've ever been to a Backstreet Boys show. it's going to be that on steroids," Littrell stated.
To it, Carter added, "We're excited to bring our experience from being a touring act with all of our hits to Vegas, so that it becomes something that you'll never forget."
The show will go live from March 1.
