Bahrain Grand Prix organizers would be excited as the Formula One is set to be staged their this weekend and it brings with it the prospect of Mercedes teammates Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg renewing their battle at the desert circuit.

Last year the pair served up a thriller in Bahrain, after each accused the other of driving too slowly in China last Sunday, they have reportedly got a score to settle.

Both drivers have claimed to have moved on from Shanghai but their very public spat, with Rosberg accusing world champion Hamilton of compromising his race by not driving as fast as he could have, has brought their rivalry in the limelight again, Stuff.co.nz reported.

Rosberg is ready to turn the tables at the circuit where he made his Formula One debut with Williams in 2006 and scored his first points. He had said earlier in the week that they are starting over and Hamilton could drive as he pleases, insisting that it was up to the Briton.

Rosberg had also pointed out that there would be no big change in their relationship, adding that he could and would turn it around in a few days and beat Hamilton.

Rosberg started on pole in Bahrain last year but Hamilton, who was second on the grid and overtook the German at the start, won after a wheel-to-wheel duel in the closing laps, the report added.
