Bappi Lahiri has unveiled a book 'Life A Collection of Poems' based on the poetry written by Dr Pramita Mukherjee Mullick, in Mumbai.
Speaking about the collection of poems, the veteran music director said, "She has written some beautiful poems and I am so much delighted. I promise if I like some poems, I will surely compose and next time I will release the songs".
"I always encourage new talent, new lyricist, and new poets", he added.
Lahiri is also the only music director across the world to have set a record of over 180 songs recorded for 33 films which got released in 1986.
He has also composed music for three films made in Bangladesh.
