After a series-levelling Test win against Pakistan, England coach Trevor Bayliss has expressed his desire to yet again hire off-spin great Saqlain Mushtaq as the country's bowling consultant.
Saqlain was roped in as spin-bowling consultant following England's 75-run defeat at the hands of Pakistan in the opening match at Lord's. Alastair Cook's side later went on to win the second match by a massive margin of 330 runs.
Saqlain's short spell also found him working with both off-spinner Moeen Ali and leg-break bowler Adil Rashid.
Bayliss, who is in no doubt about Saqlain's fruitful impact on the team, revealed that both Ali and Rashid enjoyed working with him and, therefore, they might reconsider him for the upcoming tours.
The England coach believes it is good to have a legendary player like Saqlain come in the team and pass on the past experiences with the players, Sport24 repor
