Panthers Party chief Bhim Singh on Tuesday claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had manipulated Electronic Voting Machines to gain votes in Jammu and Kashmir.
"Prime Minister Modi has gained votes only through manipulations of EVMs. These elections have no credibility. Why were EVM machines sent from Hyderabad to Gujarat? These machines were bought without tender and why were they kept for two months in Ahmedabad? Opportunism will play its most upright game," Singh said.
He further said that an alliance between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and PDP chief Mufti Mohammad Sayeed will lead to more suffering for the people of the state.
"There is perfect understanding between Mufti and Modi. Modi and Mufti alliance will lead to more suffering to people. People have anyway been suffering from many years in the state," he added.
Out of the 87 constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir, BJP is leading in 25 seats, People's Democratic Party (PDP) in 28, National Conference (NC) in 15, Congress in 12, Jammu and others in seven seats.
