Big Sean pays homage to grandmother, who passed away in December2014, in his latest song 'One Man Can Change the World.'

The 27-year-old rapper recently took to Twitter to discuss the song's significance while noting that the video has an important message in the wake of today's racial turmoil, E! Online has reported.

The touching black and white video sees a young boy watching riots on TV before he is confronted with violence in his own neighborhood. But, instead of giving in, the young man, through the guidance of his grandmother, decides he wants to make a difference; he is later seen attending her funeral.
