The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has offered NDA ally Jitan Ram Manjhi's Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) 25 Legislative Assembly seats and one Rajya Sabha (RS) seat in the upcoming Bihar elections scheduled to take place from October 12.
According to sources, BJP has also offered 30 Legislative Assembly seats and one RS seat to Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) in contrast to their demand of one additional cabinet berth for its leader Arun Kumar Singh.
It is also believed that HAM wanted 32 Legislative Assembly seats in the upcoming polls.
Ram Vilas Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) is also unhappy with Manjhi's HAM as former rebel leaders of LJP are likely to get tickets from HAM.
Earlier, the Election Commission announced a five phase polling for the assembly elections in Bihar beginning on October 12.
The five-phase election will be held in the month of October and November.
