Taking a jibe at the ongoing tussle in the NDA fold over seat-sharing for the Bihar Assembly polls, the Janata Dal (United) on Sunday alleged that Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) chief Jitan Ram Manjhi has lost his sheen and would be thrown in the dustbin by the BJP after the elections.
"Manjhi has lost his sheen. It was us who gave him the chief minister's post and made him the leader but he got away from us taking 15 MLAs and two MLCs," JD(U) spokesperson Ajay Alok told ANI here.
"Now what he is getting? He should see what his position is, he has been given only 15 seats to fight the elections in the state," he added.
Alok also said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) didn't respect Manjhi.
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is likely to announce the seat-sharing for Bihar Assembly polls today.
BJP leader Bhupender Yadav today met Manjhi, who had expressed dissatisfaction with the number of seats to be allotted to his party, at the Bihar Niwas in the national capital.

BJP president Amit Shah has so far held discussions with Manjhi, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) supremo Ram Vilas Paswan and Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) chief Upendra Kushwaha to iron out differences over some seats.
Manjhi, who had initially agreed to go with the BJP president's efforts to settle the seat-sharing, is now reportedly looking for more than 15 seats.
Polls to the 243-member Bihar Assembly will be held in five phases starting on October 12 and ending on November 5. Counting of votes will take place on November 8.
