The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Wednesday alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has done nothing substantial so far after coming to power at the Centre and said that the people of Bihar would seek an explanation from party chief Amit Shah when he begins the 'Parivartan Rath Yatra' in the state.
"He (Amit Shah) should know that it is high time his party provides answers to the people. What have they done apart from drum beating on useless things? They have not given anything substantial to the people of his country who have voted them and given them only 282 seats. Bihar is waiting for them to arrive and answer these fundamental questions," RJD spokesperson Manoj Jha told ANI here.
"People will also ask them what made them hide the crucial data regarding caste and poverty, regarding the status of several castes. I think Bihar is just waiting for their yatra so that they could ask each BJP leader some fundamental question to make them hide their faces," he added.
The BJP is all set to undertake a 'Rath Yatra' ahead of the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
Calling it the 'Parivartan Rath yatra', the BJP's high-tech election mobiles aim to reach out to the 6.5 crore electorate through one lakh assembly meetings in 100 days to spread the message of change.
