Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Shaina NC on Sunday said 'Akhand Bharat' (united India) is a sentiment to suggest that all Indians, who were part of the larger India pre-Independence, should be united and should stay as one force.
"When one talks about Akhand Bharat (united India)...it is a sentiment, it's not a geographical boundary or an outline. This is a sentiment to suggest that all Indians who were part of the larger India pre-Independence should be united and should stay as one force," NC told ANI.
Shaina NC promoted BJP general Secretary Ram Madhav's idea of 'Akhand Bharat', who had yesterday said the traditional RSS line that India, Pakistan and Bangladesh could re-unite through "popular goodwill" to form "Akhand Bharat".
Madhav said the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) still believes that one day India, Pakistan and Bangladesh would reunite through popular goodwill and 'Akhand Bharat' will be created.
