The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday scoffed at the reported move of the Congress to bring out a booklet on Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA Government's 100 days in office.
"They have nothing to showcase for the ten years of their rule, and today, they are going to write some booklet about the failures of the NDA Government," BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra told ANI here.
"It's an irony. I believe what is the definition of good days, good days means when the growth rate is increasing and the inflation rate is decreasing and that is what is happening today in the NDA regime," he added.
Pointing out that the growth rate has increased since the new government took charge at the Centre, Patra said, "We have seen as to how the economy is reviving with a growth rate of 5.7 percent and how the inflation rate is lowest of all time of five-years at 3.4 percent. This is the hard work of the Modi Government."
The Congress has reportedly planned to release a 16-page booklet detailing the alleged missteps taken by the BJP-led NDA government.
