Former England footballer Gary Lineker has reportedly been made to 'disappear' after his body was camouflaged with body paint to blend in with an array of vegetables in a promotional event for a British snack food manufacturer.
Lineker, now a football expert for the BBC, was painted by world body-painting champion Carolyn Roper, with only his ears left untouched, to blend in with the vegetables for a new Walkers Crisps promotion, Gary's Great Ingredient Hunt.
According to the Mirror, Lineker said that he has never done anything more wonderful than being made to 'disappear', adding that it would be fun to see people's reactions when they find him and realise that he is buried in amongst the fresh, homegrown ingredients.
The report mentioned that it took Roper eight hours and 68 tubes of paint to finish the job.
