Bollywood stars congratulated Shashi Kapoor for being awarded with prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award, which is the highest recognition for film personalities in India.
Speaking to media persons at recent event, celebrities namely Katrina Kaif, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Supriya Pathak congratulated the legend.
"Huge Congratulations, I think its super well deserved and I am sure he must be very proud and his whole family must be very proud of him," said Kaif.
While 'Gangs of Wasseypur' star Nawazuddin Siddiqui, said Kapoor's contribution to Indian cinema has been extraordinary.
Veteran actress Pathak also congratulated Kapoor and said, "I would congratulate him for the honour and I cannot express how happy I am. He is a wonderful person and a wonderful actor as well.
The 77-year-old veteran actor-producer is the 46th winner of the honour, conferred by the government for outstanding contribution to the growth and development of Indian Cinema.
