Middle East film distributor, Front Row Filmed Entertainment, has given an opportunity to Arabic and Bollywood distributors to share their movies with 8 territories across the Middle East via iTunes.

According to the company, with free television not acquiring independent titles, the DVD market dying and Pay TV being extremely selective, the local film distributors would finally find common grounds and encourage the premium VOD window even more, Deadline.com reported.

Front Row managing partner Gianluca Chakra said that they were sure about iTunes becoming the place to turn to when looking for a movie.

The eight territories include UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan and Kuwait.

Front Row's upcoming releases include 'Begin Again', 'Maps To The Stars', 'A Walk Among The Tombstones', 'The Guest', 'Wish I Was Here' and 'Northmen: A Viking Saga', all of which will be available on iTunes shortly after their Middle East theatrical release.
