Boxing legend Muhammad Ali has been admitted in a U.S. hospital again after he was found unresponsive at his home by guests who failed to wake him up.

According to the Mirror, the sporting great was released from hospital only one week ago after being treated for a urinary tract infection.

According to a source, Ali is undergoing tests and is being taken care of by his wife and daughter at the hospital.

Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 1984, three years after his retirement from boxing.

Ali's public appearance has been less over the last five years as he continues to fight the crippling conditions.
