Former Australian Test fast bowler Brett Lee has called for the inclusion of player Mitchell Johnson in the squad for the return Ashes series in Australia to add some genuine pace and inject 'fear factor' into their attack.

According to Sport24, Lee, who frequently delivered balls in the 150 kph range, wants to see Johnson back in the frame, along with Pat Cummins.

Expressing his disappointment at Australia's defeat in the five-Test Ashes series in England, Lee said that he wants to see both Johnson and Cummins back into the squad for the return series as he has been impressed with the sometimes erratic Johnson during the Indian Premier League (IPL) earlier this year.

Although Lee was satisfied with the pace bowling attack of Australia in the Ashes, he however, expressed his doubts over the side using the same type of bowler, adding that he was surprised that Johnson did not get the opportunity to play in the Test series.

Lee further said that the team needed to inject a bit more pace into their attack and regain back their fear factor status, adding that they need to go beyond 130 kms in seam.

The left-armer Johnson is part of the Australian one-day team in England but Cummins has a back problem and could miss much of the 2013-14 Australian summer season, the report added.
