Brit-Indian businessman Shrien Dewani, who has been accused of plotting to kill his wife Anni during their honeymoon, will be extradited to South Africa to face trial for the murder.
The family of Anni pledged to keep fighting for answers after her husband was told he will be extradited to South Africa.
According to the Mirror, Chief magistrate Howard Riddle said Shrien should return to South Africa, despite his defence team told Westminster magistrates court that he could suffer setbacks in his mental health.
They argued the decision should be delayed by six months so he can get further help in the UK.
The 33-year-old has undergone treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder and depression since his wife was murdered, the report said.
His legal team is now likely to appeal to the Supreme Court within the next two weeks.
