A high School in Derby, England is teaching girls as young as 11 how to fit their first bra and about breast health.
These bra lessons are being given to help them negotiate the difficulties of growing up, the Daily Express reported.
The programme was developed by Primary teacher Karan Hopkinson to make bra fitting less scary and embarrassing.
Karan, who is school primary curriculum leader at Derby High School in Derby, asserted that breast health and bra-fitting is a very sensitive subject for young girls as insecurities at a young age can be taken into adulthood.
She added that there is much pressure on young girls to look perfect and she's trying to make it less scary.
Karan, 45, pointed that many adult women are wearing wrong bra sizes, bringing them many health problems.
