Eleven top Canadian Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) companies are visiting India on a business mission from 2-7 December 2013.
The objective of this trade mission is to boost bilateral relationship between the two countries, explore partnership opportunities in the ICT sector and help provide new linkages that can lead to even deeper commercial ties.
Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) is organising this visit, in partnership with Export Development Canada (EDC), the Information Technology Association of Canada and the Province of British Columbia.
As a part of the program, Canada will have a national pavilion at the India Telecom Summit 2013.
Representatives from the Canadian companies will participate in roundtables with Indian companies, the Cellular Operators Association of India, and bilateral meetings with government IT and telecom officials.
