According to sources, the 44-year-old, who is separated from husband Michael Douglas, was wearing a diamond wedding band but no engagement ring.
She was also carrying an oversized engagement ring party decoration, the New York Post reported.
The 'Side Effects' actress was also overheard asking for diamond decals to decorate a cellphone.
A store rep confirmed Jones visit but didn't reveal specifics about her Halloween goods.
