Celebrity yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, has revealed the secrets behind Jennifer Aniston's perfect body.
While talking to ABC News, Ingber, who had worked with the 45-year-old beauty for over 10 years, and described as a "very consistent exerciser and eater", said that Aniston really focused on her 'butt' exercises, for which 'butt squats' were the best thing to do.
The wellness expert said that Justin Theroux's fiancee was an "incredibly inspiring woman" who kept positivity and discipline as key for her fitness and even controlled her cravings avoiding unhealthy snacks.
Ingber also joked about Aniston's seriousness on being hydrated and added that it was necessary to keep the water balance in body, as when a person is well-hydrated, they don't feel as hungry.
