Both Celine Dion and Julia Roberts have slashed the asking prices for their glamour pads by almost 38 million dollars.
Celine Dion's Jupiter Island mega mansion in Florida, famous for its three pools and epic water slides, was relisted for 27 million dollars less than its original asking price.
Originally, the beach front home was listed for 72.5 million dollars before being dropped to 62.5 million dollars. Now, the 47-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer has put the grand estate on the market with a new listing agent company for 45.5 million dollars, confirms her new listing agent from Fenton Lang and Bruner.
Julia Roberts too had to slash and burn the asking price of her beachfront home for the second time.
The Kauai property is now asking 21.95 million dollars, down from 26 million dollars, according to listing agent Neal Norman of Hawai'i Life Real Estate Brokers.
However, when it was first put on the market last year, the ticket price was 29.85 million dollars. The 48-year-old actress bought the 8093sq meter property in 2011 for 13.4 million dollars.
