Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs M. Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday said the Central Government has decided to work cooperatively with all the state governments, including the AIADMK in Tamil Nadu.
"We have decided to work together with all the states because the Prime Minister has said that we should work as a 'Team India'. Irrespective of the colour, party and position in state, we must take the states along with us for overall development of the country," Naidu told ANI.
"We are keeping good touch with all the states government in the country including AIADMK in Tamil Nadu," he added.
AIADMK supremo J Jayalalithaa is set to make a comeback as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu for the fifth time today.
Governor K Rosaiah will administer the oath of office and secrecy to Jayalalithaa along with 28 other ministers at the Madras University Centenary Hall at 11 am.
On Friday, the Governor had invited Jayalalithaa to form the government after AIADMK leader O. Panneerselvam submitted his resignation as Chief Minister of the state.
