Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas would reportedly be welcoming a move to the Premier League this summer as Manchester United and Arsenal seem interested and if he is informed that he is no longer needed at the La Liga side.
United, Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea are speculated to be on the lookout for the midfielder as Fabregas fears that Barca might force him to quit the club after new manager Luis Enrique responded to a question with vague answers about Fabregas' future, saying that they should not make any decisions, as there is time for everything.
According to the Independent, the Spain international moved to Barca from Arsenal in 2011 and the Premier League side might re-sign the midfielder for around 25 million-pounds.
British media reports have revealed that Fabregas is aware that Barca view him as one of their most saleable commodities as they plan to get back money to make major signings, having spent 71.5 million-pounds on Neymar last summer and recently made Lionel Messi the world's highest-paid player on 16.3 million-pounds a year.
