Charlie Sheen's twin sons, Bob and Max, with drug-troubled former wife Brooke Mueller will not be tested for fetal alcohol syndrome, it has been revealed.

A source told Radar Online that the judge in the child dependency court found no reason to have the twins tested for the syndrome, even though the former 'Two and a Half Men' star wanted it done.

The insider added that Mueller, who went to rehab twice during pregnancy, feels vindicated because she believes there is nothing wrong with her babies.
