Cheryl Cole, who recently got married to her French beau Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in a lavish but private ceremony, wants to ditch 'Cole' and be known as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.
The 31-year-old singer, who told her friends that she would be cutting the final tie with her former husband Ashley Cole, already changed her name on Twitter from 'LadyCCole' to 'CherylOfficial', the Mirror reported.
The X Factor judge, had also taken to her Instagram account and announced writing that though she generally didn't share her personal life, she wanted to tell her "happy news" that she married the restaurant owner, 33, on 7/7/14.
They were really happy and excited to move forward together, she added.
The pair, who tied know at the on a beach in private island Mustique, which has only 100 private villas, kept their nuptials under wraps and invited only four guests, which included the singer's mom Joan, her PA Lily England, Fernandez-Versini's mother and his best man.
The beauty's dad Garry Tweedy, 56, revealed that only a handful of people knew about the wedding as she wanted the ceremony to be really private.
