A Chinese police officer has broken the world record for planking, by staying in that position for four hours and 26 minutes.
Mao Weidong, who broke the previous record of three hours and seven minutes, currently serves as a member of the Beijing Police department SWAT team, Metro.co.uk reported.
The plank position, which is an exercise used to build up a person's core strength, builds abs and spinal muscles and tightens glutes.
