Chris Brown, who was recently spared a prison sentence following an assault charge last year, has been sued by a man for beating him on a basketball court.
According to TMZ.com, Malcolm Ausbon filed a lawsuit, in which he claimed he was playing Basketball last July against Brown when he called a foul on the rapper.
Brown, who allegedly threatened the guy saying he would kick his ass, also bragged that he was a member of the Bloods.
The lawsuit claims that Brown along with 3 members of his security team began to "strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon's head and body."
The man said he ended up in the emergency room with injuries to his face, head, neck, back, legs and ribs, adding that he's suffering from embarrassment, fear, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder.
Ausbon is suing Brown and 24-Hour Fitness, as well as the security team for unspecified damages.
